Collard Green Egg Rolls

Combine all ingredients except egg, water and eggroll wrappers. Mix well. Wet the edges of wrappers with egg wash and put collard green mixture in center of wrapper. Roll up making sure to catch in sides. Place into hot oil and cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
